Overgrown hideout has:
one map portal device
pvp arena
crafting station
harvest station
goals were: to not have too many npcs
low decoration count
adjustable things:
elemancer totem goes from zero to fire, cold, lightning
hideout has decent amount of oriath lanterns that go from nothing to yellow, ghost green color
Mandatory mtx: probably divergence enviromental effect (its on pvp arena)

hideout lore: its my old hideout that has adjusted top floor for new map device and other adjustments.. Labyrinth and delve elements are reminders what was fun for me in this game.
