Darujhistan, from the Malazan Book of the Fallen series.
It was the ancient city of magic, slum-looking on the one hand, tall towers, belfries and buildings obscuring the sun on the other. It's built next to Lake Azur and its streets are stone-like and ancient looking. The new - probably going Legacy - base, Timekeeper's hideout fits the theme perfectly and offers a unique opportunity to simulate the city in its different stages of the day.

nicely done man..but how we unlockj this Timekeeper's Hideout...pls advise
Timekeeper's Hideout is part of the 2nd and 3rd tiers of the Arcanist Supporter pack, which are live right now on Sentinel League. Their contents will not be available after the league, so this will probably go legacy, unless GGG decides to spare us (I don't think this will happen). If you want it, make sure you get it fast!
I am currently using this as my hideout and it is charmingly designed. The detail that Morinmeth has put into this makes it a joy to run around in. You really do feel like your in the city that he describes. I love the buildings and the statues placed throughout. The addition of two fisherman warms my heart since I am a fisherman myself and that also adds to the atmosphere. In this hideout you can use the Chronosphere to change from night time to day time and vice versa. Morinmeth has added support for this as well with everything looking just as beautiful at night as it does during the day with a wonderful use of lighting effects. It's a real pleasure to use this as my hideout.
I was a little worried about the size of the hideout in general when I first started using it, because I like my hideouts to be functional. But it is very simple to move around in once you get a feel for the layout. It really isn't as large as it appears to be. So I wouldn't worry about that if you are thinking about purchasing the Timekeeper's Hideout.
