This is just one simple hideout with the basics npc.
One of the screenshots is with everything low in graphics.
The rectangle behind the heist locker cannot be covered (at least with the "Blocking Volume")

- A light behind Jun was covered with a "Blocking volume". - Removed the grass from the base of the waypoint. (Deleted the 1.1 because the file was corrupted and for some reason the website didn't allow me to reupload the file with the same version number)
