First try on a hideout I started in Delirium. it's a guild house with a garden, a little menagerie for Einhar, and a cult for cassia.
You'll find alva and Zana at the first floor in a nice room/lost forest.
Even though there are cash shop items, the hideout will be working fine without them. might loose the cult theme.
