The Shattered Rime Hold is not a place of conflict, but of cold, quiet reflection. Once, this serene courtyard served as neutral ground—a sacred, frozen locus where Emissaries met, pacts were signed, and treaties were sealed beneath the silent watch of the stone Sentinels.
Now, the Rime has claimed it. The deep snow and the thick frost covering the ancient steps speak of ages passed, leaving the Hold weathered but fundamentally intact. Life persists quietly within its bounds. Though the grand age of diplomacy is broken (shattered), its peace remains, offering a much-needed, solemn haven for any weary Exile seeking safe passage and a moment of still quiet before their next trial.
