If you don't have nearly that many points, you can easily cut out 4 million of it by not purchasing the Glowing Embers, Colossus Hand, Ghostly Fog, and all of the old forsaken masters. I suggest these because the hideout will still look complete and relatively the same even without these at half the cost of the original.
All of the MTX's in this hideout are unnecessary except the Ice Gale and can be ignored. The Ice Gale is not required either but it is a nice touch for Jun's area.
