To get this out of the way: This does require the MTX, "Celestial Nebula" hideout.
Merchant Road features a main road that leads into and out of an alternate entrance to Sarn. Here, most of the masters are acting as either vendors, or are the buyers themselves.
Past the main road is a small alleyway, which houses a few other masters, your storage, and the map device. Perhaps some criminal activity is taking place in this small, quiant back alleyway?
