Tinys Magic Oak Inn
What do humans do if they find something amazing like magic oak trees that light up their surroundings? Right! They build a tavern arround and next to them and aks for 1 drink minimum.
The Tree at the Mapdevice only shows its magic if you set the shadows to "shadows + global illumination" and will at that point light up the trees and walls arround it with its little sparks of color.
And beside the 2 Oaktrees - the tavern has a 2nd spot that generates a lot of income as they offer catarinas old room for rent to the ones who dare speak with her in their dreams.
(Move the Heist Locker somewhere closer to the mapdevice if you need it - it was a perfect match for the counter leading to the rooms with its big key.)

Was really fun to do and like citylife - it allmost build itself without any breaks. I hit the 750 decos early and had to redo a bit.
The walls on the bottom of each pillar show little pieces of stones because of that optimization and also the fireplaces were a bit less detail after removing some decos. Chairs for the gold deco on the wall were removed behind objects etc and here and there something with little effect went away too. Was ~80 decos left after all that again.
And for the comeptition .. i dont see this one that well matching the theme compared with some of the HOs other ppl did.
Creating the HOs is fun enough - any showcase of place in any competition is just a bonus.
