"IMPROVED" Clubhouse

- This is my own take on the hideout, improving on a lot of the open space on the wood, adding a lot of decorations + smoke + color.
- The framerate is good, although there is a frame drop from going up and down the party deck. I get 90+ frames no matter what so I don't believe this is a problem.
-The Stash, Waypoint, and Map Device are all conveniently next to each other, with just enough open space to not be claustrophobic and congested.
