Super cheap pratical hideout
This hideout wasnt ment to be the most ground breaking hideout but a budget alternative to some of the larger costing ones.
With the bulk of the cost being from water fog, rock formations and large rocks which all got a huge reduction in price its less than 3mil favour.

@IThal, what solved that issue for me is selecting one of that, move them a bit and move them back to the spot you want them to be.
This causes a save and causes them to stay on their spot
I really like the hideout, but the cracks between the tombstones are not lighted for me :(

For anyone having issues with the floor lights not working, you can use "Iron Candelabra 3" from Niko to get the lights back
