Double corrupted lab (NO MTX)
There once was an old church, that was occupied by the local Gruthul cult. The oriath patrol led by the young templar found it, searching for the ancient vaal reliquary. They expelled the cultists and didn't find anything related to their search but they've found signs of corruption in the cellar. After destroying one of the cellar walls the young templar discovered an elder god's heart, laying in the pool of its own blood. They didn't tell anyone about their finding, because that young templar knew that the corrupted blood in that pool could make him very rich. So he hired a team of alchemists and secretly started the production of powerful potions.
They researched the old books about herbs and reactions and began to pump the blood out of the pool to experiment with it and get better results. But it turned out that desecrating of the old Gruthul church in combination with the experiments started another ancient corruption to spread. A giant tree spreaded its roots through the roof in just one night. The results of mixing the elder blood and the ancient tree corruptions was beyond the young templar's expectations. The potions were so powerful that they literally could give people the god's power. Unfortunately, this power also took all of the person's lifeforce, turning him into a brainless zombie in just a month. The templar was prosecuted for the crimes against the upper class of Oriath and was executed shortly after it.
