Coral Town of Refuge
After the destruction of Oriath, the survivors left the island and settled across the Karui islands. The survivors found an island, and resettled there.
You start off on the island in a military camp to the east. If you follow the west ramp it leads you to the farming area, as well as a warehouse to store all the food. If you follow the south ramp, it will leads you to a store as well as leading you towards the town of refugee.
As you follow the path to the town, you will see Niko. Niko found a mining cave outside the town and set up shop there to extract the valueable resources on the island.
As you keep travelling, you will see the coral town of refugee. If you follow the road to the south, it will leads you to the town's port. If you follow the road to the north, it will leads you to a farmer's market, as well as a meat market for all the meat lovers. Keep following the road and you will see a back alley where 2 exiles are "sorting out their issues"
